AEVVO Ships to most countries and regions worldwide and will provide you with the tracking information after your order ships out.

WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
For your stock orders, please allow up to 1-2 business days of processing time for your orders to ship out. Orders with personalization can take 3-5 business days to be processed.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
1) Stock orders: Delivery Time = Processing Time (within 1-2 business days)+ Shipping Time

2) Personalization orders: Delivery Time = Processing time (within 3-5 business days)+ shipping time

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.

HOW MUCH WOULD SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping on orders greater or equal to $69, otherwise the cost of the shipping is $10. (based on the actual paid amount)

TAX AND DUTIES
The prices on this website include tax.Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in an unpredictable situation,If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@aevvolife.com.

1. Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
2. A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your receipt.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order before shipping, If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please move on to the return and refund process.

ADDRESS INFORMATION
Before you place your order, We recommend double-checking your shipping address to make sure it is complete and correct, as later changes may result in additional charges.

If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at care@aevvolife.com, If the address is wrong, we can correct this before shipping.

TRACKING MY ORDER
1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from ‘Track Order Details’.

2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED SEPARATELY? 
Sometimes, you may receive separated packages, please do not worry, there will be no additional costs.
1) We currently have warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity.
2) You ordered many products, which are too big to ship out within one package.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra care. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 10000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

1) When you receive the parcel, first of all, please check if the product is good. If there are any problems mentioned above, please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact us in time.
2) If you encounter the condition that the parcel must be signed before it can be checked. Please sign for and open the parcel in front of the courier. After checking, if there is no problem then you can give the receipt to the courier. If there is any problem, please give feedback to the courier and contact us immediately. (It is suggested you take pictures of the package box, product boxes, products, waybill, etc. And pictures should be clear and easy to identify. )
3) If you(or your client) do not check the parcel and signed, the commitment that logistics undertakes transportation risk will end. Thank you for your understanding.
