Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is crucial At Aevvo, we understand how important your satisfaction with our custom products is. Here's a breakdown of our refund policy:

1.Refund requests are only valid within 30 days from the date of your purchase,and consistent with the following circumstances：

1) When you have not received the product design stage, you can apply for a refund within this period. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original card you used to purchase the item within 3 to 5 business days, however, in most cases you will receive your refund sooner (depending on the bank).

2) Once we send you the email with the product design, you can apply for a refund within this period. If the refund is approved, we will cancel your order and issue a gift card equal to the amount of your original purchase that you can use on future orders.

2. After receiving your confirmation of the product design we sent, the order will be arranged for production. Once the order is produced, it will not be refundable.

3.Here are some points to note regarding refunds:

*If the photo provided at checkout does not meet our standards, our team will work closely with you to ensure the best results and we will contact you via the email left at checkout to discuss photo selection further.

*Customers are responsible for providing valid and active contact details at the time of purchase. If customer action is required to complete an outstanding order, the Aevvo team will contact you. The Aevvo team will also send up to 3 follow-up reminders within 30 days of your order requesting the information needed to proceed with your order. If the customer cannot be contacted during this period due to invalid or expired contact information provided by the customer, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will receive a gift card equal to the amount of their initial purchase. 

*If you are not satisfied with the product design for any reason, we can provide free editing.

* We will refund you the exact price of your purchase. Other discounts, promotions, coupon codes and AEVVO points used at checkout will affect the price.
