Online Orders
1) How do I order?
Please place an order on our official website www.aevvolife.com :
1.Select The Design
Choose your favorite design from our Products in different styles and print types.
2.Place The Order
Select the color, size, design style of the product, and upload photos, text you need to cutomize and place the order.
3.Review & Approve
Within 1-2 days after you place the order, you will receive an email with the product design, requesting editing or approve for production and shipping.
4.Receive Your Order
Once approved, your order will be produced and shipped within 3-5 days, waer it with pride or give it to a loved one as a specail gift!

3) Will I be charged tax on my order?
The prices on this website include tax.
4) How do you secure my payment information?
We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment methods Aevvo offers are widely used around the world. They are all used by so many people, then they are safe and secure without doubt. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online purchase will be processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transaction.
5) Is my personal information kept private?
We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information about our customers or visitors to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you, e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. 6) I didn’t receive an order number. How do I know my order is complete?
Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam mailbox. If you are still concerned that your order didn’t go through, you can always contact us at care@aevvolife.com.
7) I would like to change my order.
If you wish to add or remove items from your order, please contact us at care@aevvolife.com as soon as possible.
8) I made a mistake with my address.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at care@aevvolife.com, If the address is wrong, we can correct this before shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. In that case, please contact USPS (once the tracking is updated) to intercept the package and provide the new address to them directly.

1) Can you deliver to my address?
AEVVO Ships to most countries and regions worldwide and will provide you with the tracking information after your order ships out.

Please kindly note that P.O. Boxes' addresses and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.

2) What is the cost of shipping?
Free shipping on orders greater or equal to $69, otherwise the cost of the shipping is $15. (based on the actual paid amount)
3) When will you ship my order?
1. Within 1-2 days of placing your order you will receive an email with the clothing design, requesting any edits or approvals for manufacturing and shipping. Once your order is approved, orders can take 3-5 business days to be processed.
4) How long is the delivery time?
1.Personalization orders: Delivery Time = Processing time (within 3-5 business days)+ shipping time
Average shipping times to the US:2-7 Business days after processing.
Average shipping times to international: 2-10 Business days after processing.
*Check the form for shipping times,Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
5) What shipping methods do you offer?
All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.
6) Will my order be shipped in one package?
Sometimes, you may receive separated packages, please do not worry, there will be no additional costs.
1. You ordered many products, which are too big to ship out within one package.
7)I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.
Our carriers can take 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update a shipment. At that time, you can track the item via the tracking number.
8) Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
The prices on this website include tax. Normally you don't need to pay any extra fees,If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@aevvolife.com.
