6) I didn’t receive an order number. How do I know my order is complete?
Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam mailbox. If you are still concerned that your order didn’t go through, you can always contact us at care@aevvolife.com.
7) I would like to change my order.
If you wish to add or remove items from your order, please contact us at care@aevvolife.com as soon as possible.
8) I made a mistake with my address.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at care@aevvolife.com, If the address is wrong, we can correct this before shipping. PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. In that case, please contact USPS (once the tracking is updated) to intercept the package and provide the new address to them directly.

AEVVO Ships to most countries and regions worldwide and will provide you with the tracking information after your order ships out.

Free shipping on orders greater or equal to $69, otherwise the cost of the shipping is $10. (based on the actual paid amount)

① For your stock orders, please allow up to 1-2business days of processing time for your orders to ship out.
② Orders with personalization can take 3-5 business days to be processed.
4) How long is the delivery time?
① Stock orders: Delivery Time = Processing Time (within 1-2 business days)+ Shipping Time
② Personalization orders: Delivery Time = Processing time (within 3-5 business days)+ shipping time
Average shipping times to the US:2-5 Business days after processing.
Average shipping times to international: 2-10 Business days after processing.

5) What shipping methods do you offer?
All of our orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS, and other carriers, depending on your location.
6) Where are my items coming from?
We currently have warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom and China. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity.
7) Will my order be shipped in one package?
Sometimes, you may receive separated packages, please do not worry, there will be no additional costs.

8)I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.
Our carriers can take 2-3 business days after the shipment date to update a shipment. At that time, you can track the item via the tracking number.
9) Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
The prices on this website include tax.Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in an unpredictable situation,If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at care@aevvolife.com.

Return & Exchanges
1) I would like to cancel my order.
You can cancel your order before shipping, If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Please move on to the return and refund process.

We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right product are included. Please let us know within 48 hours, if it was wrong items.Please ensure the product is unused and head back to the designated address after obtain authorization for return.Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange.
4) I received a damaged item.
All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped. We do everything we can to ensure your order will arrive in perfect condition. In rare occasions, outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit.Please let us know within 48 hours, if it was damaged in transit.Please ensure the product is unused and head back to the designated address after obtain authorization for return.Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange.
5) What if I don't like my jewelry after receive it?
Don't worry about it. We promise an hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
