Therefore, the quality is guaranteed.We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right product are included. We have a QC team who tests your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.
Return & Exchanges Conditions
1)You must submit all return or exchange requests within 30 days of your package being delivered.
2)The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged—① Items on clearance, ②Personalized items.
3)All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.
4)Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange below.
5)When returning or exchanging items, please print out the RMA packaging slip and enclose it in your returns. Note: If you cannot print out the RMA form, as an alternative, we advise you to write your order information (order number and email address), reasons for returning or exchanging, plus other comments on a piece of paper. Please enclose this in your returns package.
6)When returning or exchanging items, customers must use tracked shipping methods. Returns or exchanges sent without tracking will not be processed.
7)Any promotional gifts received with the order must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Item Arrived Damaged
All of our products are carefully packaged and shipped. We do everything we can to ensure your order will arrive in perfect condition. In rare occasions, outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit.Please let us know within 48 hours, if it was damaged in transit.Please ensure the product is unused and head back to the designated address after obtain authorization for return.Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange below.

Return & Exchange Procedure
Return Procedur
1) You may obtain authorization for return by contacting care@aevvolife.com Customer Service with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and specify the reason, condition,photos or videos for our accurate review, then proceed to submit.
2) Print the return label* and tape it on the outside of the package. Inside the return package, please enclose your RMA along with your items.
3) Please attach the provided UPS return label and take your package to your local UPS office. Once done, we will process your return as soon as we receive it.
4) When the returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
5) If the refund is approved, A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days to the original card used to purchase the item(s), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly (bank dependent).Please note that we will refund you the exact price of the item purchased. The price will be affected by additional discounts, promotions, coupon codes, and AEVVO points applied at the checkout. If the value of the remaining products on your returned order is less than $69, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges Procedur

Please do not ship returns to the address on your package. That is not our return address, and doing so will affect the processing of your return.(The specific return location will be notified by email).
Shipping Cost
There is no handling fee for return or exchanged items; however, customers are responsible for shipping costs. We will be responsible for shipping costs of the returned items under either of the following circumstances:
1) Customer received the wrong item.
2) The item received is broken, defective.
*For wrong, broken or defective items, customers must contact Aevvo within 48 hours of receiving their order.
